• General recommendations for HEATSTRIP® Enhance (X-THG-BA) :
• Ideal mounting height: 2.1m to 2.5m, 7ft to 8ft. Maximum is 2.7m / 9ft. Minimum is 2.1m / 7ft.
• Ideal mounting location: ceiling mounted, directly above area to be heated (e.g. above a table)

For the majority of outdoor applications, the most effective method is to spot heat a table or similar area. The diagrams below provides an easy selection guide for the approximate model and quantity of heaters required to heat common residential table settings.

Selection are based on HEATSTRIP Enhance (X-THGBA) being mounted at 2.4m / 7.9ft  from the floor in a fully enclosed undercover outdoor area. Above data is based on direct overhead ceiling mounting. If the heaters are wall mounted, the radiant footprint may be reduced. The below diagrams show the approximate heating area for each model, based on both an indoor protected, outdoor enclosed and outdoor exposed location.

Mounting :

The installation of HEATSTRIP® Enhance with remote and app (X-THG-BA) is simple and easy with the standard mounting brackets supplied. For other more challenging locations there are a range of mounting options available – refer to below diagrams.

The HEATSTRIP® Enhance with remote & app control can be mounted directly to the ceiling, flush mounted into the ceiling, angled downwards on a wall, suspended on chains, poles or attached to beams and rafters. Refer to the following pages for more detailed information on each mounting option.

For items that require a custom quote for delivery (such as toilets, ceramic sinks, spas and other large items), you will be notified as such prior to the purchase. It is advised to contact us first before making an order.

You can expect the following delivery times:

• 3 - 10 working days delivery (metro areas) or up to 14 working days for country and remote regions.
• Free pick up from our warehouse may be available within 3 days.
• Any items that are custom manufactured on order or require a modification may take 2 - 6 weeks to be delivered.

If you wish to return an item, we are happy to exchange, provide store credit or refund items in new, unused and original condition within 30 days from the date of your order. This condition is subject to the supplier if the item is an order-only item.

Any applicable restocking fees which is usually 20% and return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
