Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Paradise Kitchens, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging with no damage to the product or packaging occurred.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
For any non-stock items there is a 20% restocking fee applicable to all returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery & Returns

(The availability of return shipping is subject to the discretion of the supplier).

We provide domestic and national delivery on some of our items. You may use our shipping estimator to estimate the cost of delivery.

For items that require a custom quote for delivery (such as toilets, ceramic sinks, spas and other large items), you will be notified as such prior to the purchase. It is advised to contact us first before making an order.

You can expect the following delivery times:

3 – 10 working days delivery (metro areas) or up to 14 working days for country and remote regions.
Free pick up from our warehouse may be available within 3 days.
Any items that are custom manufactured on order or require a modification may take 2 – 6 weeks to be delivered.

If you wish to return an item, we are happy to exchange, provide store credit or refund items in new, unused and original condition within 30 days from the date of your order. This condition is subject to the supplier if the item is an order-only item.

Any applicable restocking fees which is usually 20% and return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

The team at Paradise kitchens are great. From the initial consult through to the fiddly final bits of any kitchen renovation Wessam and Omid have been exceptional. Nothing was ever too much hassle and always handled with a can do attitude. As the manufacturer you don’t have to deal with middlemen, your speaking directly to the team who do the manufacturing.Don’t go to their site expecting a flashy showroom, do go there with a clear idea of what you want and let Wessam do his magic. We had our kitchen cabinets doors done by this company, I couldn't have found a better place. Wessam was very helpful, everything was done within couple of weeks, after couple of months I have decided to start working on replacing the doors, there were couple of mistakes, most likely on my behalf ,but when I came back to see the owner there was no problem fixing the issues in no time. I am very happy with the work and if I ever decide to get new kitchen it will definitely be from this company. Thank you Wessam and your team

Its been a few months since we had the new kitchen installed by paradise Kitchens. When we decided to get a new kitchen and decided on Paradise Kitchens as the installer the whole process was very positive and stress free. Paradise Kitchens was word of mouth recommended and we are so happy with the whole process. From the design phase and deciding on what we wanted ( we changed our mind a number of times and the plans were altered without issue) to the installation phase which took one day through to the follow up service to ensure everything was fixed. The was no issues at any stage of the process and office through to the various tradesmen that worked on the kitchen. All the staff were very professional and took extreme care and dedication in completing the tasks. We are so happy with our new kitchen and would recommend Paradise Kitchens to anyone wishing to update their Kitchen. It is worthwhile spending a little more when you know the whole process is undertaken by one reputable company.

I have now used Handles & More (also known as Paradise Kitchens) twice to manufacture some additional melamine shelves for my walk in wardrobe. These are custom made to my dimensions. The quality of the product is excellent and they are manufactured fast and delivered promptly. It is refreshing to see a business provide excellent service even though this was a small order in comparison to other customers (who are ordering full kitchens). Definitely recommend.

My kitchen is wonderful. It has been 5 months since it was installed. I wish to thank Wessam ( owner) and Tamara ( reception/sales) firstly for their great service and humanity. Customer service was exceptional.Nothing I asked for was a bother and they bent over backwards to give me a product better than I asked. Secondly the product that Wessam designed and delivered is beautiful. He gave me a great quality kitchen . The product is strong and the finish is flawless. I love my kitchen. Price wise Wessam surpassed the price (from that hardware store that offers flat pack kitchens) and was made to measure. Wessam gave me a kitchen with a better finish and quality that fit the space that my kitchen had.( I had no filler cabinets and spaces that I couldn’t use as the hardware flat pack was trying to sell and fit into my kitchen space) Delivery and manufacturing of the product was super fast from the date I placed the order. It was a fantastic experience and a place that was professional , polite, stress free and easy to conduct business with. Everything was dealt with ease, speed and professionalism. So thank you Wessam for your great product ,all your advice from design to delivery of my wonderful kitchen.
